ZIJJ-II Insulating Oils dielectric strength automatic tester

一、簡介
ZIJJ-II型絕緣油介電強度自動測試儀是依據(jù)IEC－156和國標GB507-86《絕緣油介電強度測定法》的要求，同廣大使用者的反饋意見，在HCJ－9101的基礎上，開發(fā)的全自動化儀器。
本儀器選用單片機為主導，先設定后開機測試的方法，全部過程由微機自動運行控制，操作簡單，方便適用。
1. Introduction
ZIJJ-II Insulating Oils dielectric strength automatic tester is full automatic instrument, which developed based on HCJ-9101 and comply with the international standard of IEC 156 & National standard of China GB507-86 <Insulating Oils-determination of Dielectric Strength>, considered sufficiently the demands of various users to design a new type apparatus.

The instrument is the single-chip computer control, first setting and then testing, all process of the instrument is automatic controlled by SCM. Easy to use and user friendly interface.

二、用途與特點
本儀器適合測試各種絕緣油介電強度。其主要性能特點：
1.本儀器設有自動檢測功能， 如開機自動進入復位狀態(tài)執(zhí)行調(diào)壓器回零。
２.采用了微型TPU－A面板式打印機，自動打印輸出。
３.根據(jù)用戶需求可改變測試次數(shù)、攪拌靜置時間、聲控光控提醒連續(xù)打印與非打印。
４.本儀器采用全自動磁振子攪拌，消除油樣的不均勻和氣泡。
2. Application and characteristic
The instrument is available for testing all kinds of Insulating Oils dielectric strength. Main characteristic:
1． The instrument has automatic testing function, the voltage regulator will come back to Zero when turn on the instrument.
2． With Mini TPU-A panel printer, the results prints out automatically.
3． User can set the test times, stillness time after stirring, acoustic & optic signal alert and result continue print out or without print.
4． Stirring by automatic magnon for equalization and remove the cavitations OF OIL sample.

五、操作步驟
1. 輸入電源
連接安全接地，插入220V交流電源，檢測電源正確無誤。
2. 取油樣
2.１將油杯兩電極間距調(diào)整在2.5mm ；逆時針旋下油杯軸桿一端的塞尺棒，將另一端電極調(diào)整在偏中位置，將鎖住此軸桿的螺釘旋緊，取塞尺棒于兩電極間靠緊兩電極，鎖住螺釘取出塞尺，順時針旋于原軸桿內(nèi)，如圖二。
五、Operation process
1. Power input.
Connect the instrument to earth, switch on 220VAC power and check the power.
2. Take oil sample
2.1 Adjust the gap between the electrodes of oil cup to 2.5mm. Step as follow:
1. Screwing off the filler from one side of oil cup by anti-clock turning.
2. Adjust the electrode of the other side close to the center.
3. Lock the shaft by the fasten screw.
4. Put the filler between the electrodes and keep it close to each other.
5. Lock the screw and take out the filler and screw in shaft.

2.2將油杯處理干凈，置干凈的磁振子于油杯內(nèi)，注滿準備好的油樣，取下高壓罩置油杯于高壓艙兩高壓柱間，平穩(wěn)放置蓋上高壓罩壓好安全開關(guān)。
2.2 Clean the oil cup and put the cleaned magnon into the oil cup. Fill up the cup with the oil sample. Take down the high voltage cover and put the oil cup between two high voltage columns of the oil cup. Place it stable and put on the high voltage

3. 預定設置
開關(guān)由OFF按到ON，Zero燈亮。屏幕“INITAIL”跳轉(zhuǎn)“READY OK”后， 按SET鍵，進入設置界面。再按SET鍵調(diào)整數(shù)字。長按SET鍵2秒進入下一個數(shù)字調(diào)整。依次進行設置（如圖2）。
3. Pre-setting Press the switch from OFF to ON, Zero light on. Screen "INITAIL" changed as "READY OK", press the “SET” button, enter into the setting interface. adjust the figures by press key “SET”. adjust the next figures by long press on “SET”. See Figure 2.

設置完畢，按reset屏幕“INITAIL”跳轉(zhuǎn)“READY OK”（如圖3）
After setting, press “reset” then the screen changed from "INITAIL" into "READY OK" （Figure 3）

4. 測試
按reset屏幕“INITAIL”跳轉(zhuǎn)“READY OK” 按start, stir燈滅，zero燈滅。儀器開始測試，屏幕以下顯示（如圖4）。
4. Test Press “reset” key the screen change from "INITAIL" into "READY OK”, press “start”, stir light out, zero light out. Instrument testing start, the following screen display （Figure 4）.

然后儀器自動進行攪拌（屏幕如圖6攪拌）、自動進行靜置（屏幕如圖7靜置）、自動進行升壓（屏幕如圖5升壓）。
And then instrument will stir automatically （the screen shown in Figure 6 stirring）, then automatic standing （standing screen in Figure 7）, automatically boost （see Figure 5）.

儀器按程序自動循環(huán)上述動作直到完成所設的試驗次數(shù)。
Instruments based on the above-mentioned procedures for automatic cycle of action until the completion of the test established by the number of times.

六次測試完畢后，六次測試值及六次平均值清單，屏幕如圖6
After six tests, the six test values and the average value will be listed.

5. 打印數(shù)據(jù),按Print打印數(shù)據(jù)

六、安全注意事項Safety caution
★★★ 1.因本儀器是絕緣油介電強度測試設備，不可另作它用,非專業(yè)維修人員使用者不得隨意開箱。
★★★ 2.使用時安全接地與機箱外殼，應良好接地。
★★★ 3.在升壓過程中，不得隨便接觸本儀器，以免發(fā)生高壓危險。
★★★ 4.本儀器的油杯，不得隨意作高溫烘干處理。
a. The instrument is special equipment of Insulating Oils dielectric strength automatic tester and can not be use for other purpose. The instrument can be disassembled by qualified person only.
b. The safety earthing and the instrument casing to be short connected to ground well when use.
C. To avoid voltage shocking, be sure not to touch the instrument during voltage boosting.
d. The special oil cup of the instrument can not be treated with high temperature.

七、維護與保養(yǎng)
1.測試完后用油清洗油杯，用柔軟的麂皮或綢布擦凈電極表面保持光潔，注滿清潔干燥的油保護油杯。
2.使用或存放本儀器應在干燥、通風安全的地方。
3.本產(chǎn)品實行三包，在正常使用和保管情況下，本儀器保修一年。
4.在保修期內(nèi)凡屬質(zhì)量導致故障而不能正常運轉(zhuǎn)，本廠負責免費修理。
5.保修期內(nèi)由于操作或保養(yǎng)不當，導致儀器損壞，本廠可優(yōu)惠供應零部件與維修。
6.用戶在使用中如有儀器工作異常或需要技術(shù)咨詢等方面的問題，請及時與本廠。
七、Maintenance
a） After test the oil cup to be rinsed by oil and the electrode to be cleaned by soft deerskin or silk to keep surface, fill up the oil cup with cleaning and dried oil.
b） The instrument to be stored in dried and ventilated place.
c） "Three Guarantees" for product quality. Free one-year warranty for proper use.
d） In case of any question please contact with our company.
